Boys will be BOYS

Pervert - chauvinist - egoistic - flirt - cheap - nonsensical - sexist - shabby - careless - irresponsible - immature - and all such adjectives are on top of every girl's mind when posed with a simple question "Describe a boy". (studs and metrosexuals please excuse)

And as humble creatures we(boys) are, we dont seem to complain rather steer forward in full horsepower for the next move..say...gurus of motivators...

Here are the simple truths members of the opposite sex need to know... (members of both sexes have figured it out)

1.      Sex is not on top of our mind when we approach you for a cup of coffee or a movie. (purists)

2.      The reason we ogle is because no matter what screwed up mood we are in, the pleasant charm of a girl's face soothes it down. (adaptive)

3.      Yes, we are asset hunters in the process. (talk about multitasking)

4.      We believe and promote porn not because it is a source of self pleasure but because of our empathy towards the women who had to let go of their inhibitions to make a living. (empathize)

5.      We will do anything you ask us to do without expecting anything in return. (Samaritan)

6.      Regular usage of the point above leads to the birth of criminalism, vengeance, vulgarism in our minds. (influenced)

7.      Even in the worst of our credit situation, we will take you to the best restaurant in town only because you put a smile on our face. (big hearted)

8.      We are rabbits till we are unaware of being 'miss'used and rodents when aware.(multifaceted)

9.      We can change right from our hairstyle to our eating habits and even wear a pink shirt if you want us to. (flexible)

10.    We can lie to our parents, break friends you don't like, drive you home everyday and even get you that elusive perfume you always wanted. (care)

11.    We will stay calm when we find a cozy SMS from your ex-boyfriend, when your phone is on call waiting for more than two hours, when your food tastes like pedigree and when you want to get out of the movie hall just when we are enjoying it. (calmness)

12.    We will hold your hands when you want us to and keep them in our pockets when you dont want us to. (obedient)

13.    We will not engage with any other girl as long as you, the special one exists.(faithful..multitasking failure)

14.    We still don't understand why you were upset yesterday, the day before or the day before that but we will still ask sorry and buy you ice cream. (repentful)

We know nothing about you and we are happy not to know. We don't want to clog our minds with dates of when we first met or when your heels broke. We love everybody and we expect everybody to love us too. We love dirty clothes, dirty nails, messed up hair, stinking sinks, cluttered hall and a heaped up bedroom. We will eat the food that has fallen down and not think twice to lift up a fallen dime. We will drink and smoke only to show that we are upset about something and we even say why we are upset after a couple of rounds. We love late nights, late mornings, dollar stores and trolley samosas.

Such humble creatures we are.. I still don't understand why we are touted as the bad side of the coin.

Boys will be boys....yes yes...the sad part....girls will be girls too....Ying yang...!!!
